BIO
Born and raised in Detroit, my love of art is a byproduct of the exposure to creative and performing artists in my family. I was also exposed to the genres of science fiction, anime, fantasy and African centered stories from an early age. I found the imagery and characters of these stories exciting and it became my dream to create art that celebrates black imagery in fantasy and science fiction genres. As a graduate from College of Creative Studies with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Illustration (2022) my style is reminiscent of 90's Japanese anime mixed with African mythology and folklore.
